About

Alistair Richardson has been a trauma and addiction therapist at the Priory Hospital North London for 13 years. He has also been a senior therapist in the addiction treatment programme there, and has been an external therapist for them for 7 years. Alistair has run many of the trauma healing weeks there for survivors of childhood abuse and people with co-dependency, for the last 10 years and has worked at some of the most exclusive treatment centres in the world as a live-in therapist and trauma treatment consultant.

Alistair Richardson is married with two children, which he believes gives him the excuse to continue to be playful and stay young at heart. He is an experienced therapist who specialises in helping people overcome the effects of trauma, childhood trauma, co-dependency and all addictions, as well as helping people to achieve success.

He combines traditional therapy alongside energy psychology, where appropriate, such as the emotional freedom technique, of which he is a trainer and has been an advanced practitioner for 19 years. This significantly improves results in his experience.
