Andi Stapleton

Andi brings a calm and patient approach to her clients. Andi works on a whole person approach, using insight awareness training partnered with neuroscience and specific strategies.

Mental and physical resilience is key in Andi’s approach, with the creation of strategies that enable mental resiliency.

Prior to training as a psychotherapist 13 years ago, Andi had 15 years in corporate strategic planning and operational delivery and has a key understanding of corporate stress and work/life challenges.

Position at Priory

As a psychotherapist at Priory Hospital North London for over 9 years, Andi has been involved with inpatient and outpatient care both in individual therapy and leading groups.

The various therapy groups have included but not limited to; anger management, mindfulness, stress, psychotherapy, sleep, CBT, music therapy and men’s mental health.

Andi’s work at Priory has also included addiction groups and CAMHS.
