I am an experienced counselling psychologist and a qualified marriage and family therapist both in England and in California.

I have over 15 years of study, evidence-based research, and clinical practice consulting clients of all ages with various needs and different backgrounds. I specialise in treating children, adolescents and families and for me, this was born from the desire to help people feel empowered, fulfilled and joyful in their lives. I strive to help my clients find happiness through humour and positive thinking and I always take into account their current circumstances.

I am a highly trained and versatile clinician and I use an eclectic approach to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I have specialised training and experience in providing therapy from the following approaches: cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and person centred, gestalt, art, play, music, psychodynamic, narrative, ABA, emotionally focused, solution focused, behavioural, attachment based, and mindfulness therapies. I also have extensive experience in treating mood disorders, disabilities, trauma-related issues, and other complex mental health disorders.
