Anthony Mack is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in a solution-focused and psychodynamic approach. Anthony designed, formulated and presents the current ever-popular acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) programme at Priory Hospital Chelmsford, based on the work by Steven C Hayes and Russ Harris.
Anthony's forte is in group therapy but he is equally adept at working one-to-one, drawing on his vast experience and expertise.
