About

Aylin Webb is a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) psychotherapist.

Aylin is a CBT psychotherapist, CBT couple therapist and EMDR therapist at Priory Hospital Chelmsford. She also holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology (MsBPS).

Training

Aylin has experience working with adults over 16 in both inpatient and outpatient clinics, delivering CBT in an individual and group setting. Her CBT work experience includes placements at the following hospitals:

I provide treatment for clients suffering from depression, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), childhood traumas, phobias, bereavement, misophonia, as well as complex co-morbid issues. In addition to individual therapy, I am able to provide cognitive behavioural couple therapy as well as eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I speak fluent English, Turkish and Danish.
