Ben Hari is an accomplished BACP-registered therapeutic counsellor with over six years of experience delivering high-impact mental health and addiction services across diverse clinical and forensic environments. He possesses a specialised background in the criminal justice system, having managed complex caseloads within the prison service, where he provided psychosocial support for individuals with substance misuse and co-occurring personality disorders.
His clinical framework is deeply rooted in person-centred and trauma-informed care. Currently, Mr Hari serves as the leading VR champion at Priory’s Eden House, where he spearheads the implementation of virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET) to treat addiction cravings and avoidance behaviours. To further enhance his clinical depth, he is currently pursuing an MSc in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
