About
Billi is a senior accredited integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with many years of clinical experience. She offers therapy within a confidential, non-judgemental setting and works within a client-led framework, integrating humanistic, behavioural and psychodynamic modalities.
She has extensive experience in the treatment of addiction, particularly food addiction, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and eating disorders. Her practice also includes work with anxiety, stress, trauma and loss.
Billi works with adult individuals and couples of all ages and backgrounds, including those navigating life transitions and periods of significant change. Her approach supports the development of emotional awareness and strengthens clients’ capacity to manage psychological and emotional challenges.
She recognises that entering therapy requires commitment and emotional engagement. Within a safe and professional relationship, clients are supported to develop the insight and resilience necessary for meaningful change.
