Billy Henderson

Billy Henderson manages the Priory Hospital Glasgow’s addictions programmes and is an FDAP Accredited Drug and Alcohol Practitioner. He manages our highly successful addictions unit in the Priory Hospital Glasgow as well as the addiction treatment referrals from the Priory Edinburgh Consulting Rooms and the Priory Aberdeen Consulting Rooms.

Billy previously worked as an industrial engineer and was mainly involved in the aerospace and oil/ gas sectors before moving into the addictions field. Billy has been with the Priory Group for almost 15 years; he holds a range of qualifications in the disciplines of social care, counselling as well as alcohol and drug studies. He is responsible for the day to day running of the addictions unit. Billy is often the first point of contact for any prospective patients and conducts the majority of addiction assessments; well versed in 12 step facilitation therapy and specialises mainly in alcohol and poly drug misuse treatments.
