About
Caroline Evers-Endacott is a psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner who works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, personality related difficulties, and challenges linked to neurodiversity.
She is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds a master’s degree in addiction psychology.
Caroline takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach, combining talking therapy with an understanding of how past experiences, the body, and the nervous system shape emotional wellbeing. Her work is influenced by training with leading trauma specialists and by her studies in compassionate inquiry with Dr Gabor Maté.
She works relationally and in depth, with a strong focus on attachment, safety, and attunement. Alongside her clinical work at Priory, Caroline runs her private practice, Cee Change.com, and delivers seminars on emotional health for corporate and community groups. She also lectures on addictions therapy programmes and coaches within women’s sober curious communities.
Caroline integrates breathwork and body-based practices, drawing on her experience as a dedicated yogi and trained meditation and yoga teacher.
