Caroline is an integrative therapist working with common mental health presentations and has a special interest in addiction treatment. Caroline has worked with Priory since 2020, holds a Master’s Degree in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Her approach in therapy focuses on the individual and what is meaningful for them. Working with evidence-based practices, Caroline combines an emphasis on mindfulness and mind-body connection with traditional talking therapy. Her training in compassionate inquiry by Dr Gabor Mate gives her a unique appreciation of how past life events or trauma play a role in one’s beliefs, thoughts and emotions in the present - and how to create an understanding for them.

Position at Priory

Caroline works as a sessional therapist in general psychiatry and addictions for Priory. Prior engagements include MindWorks UK, The Awareness Center, Women-who-don’t-drink, Westminster Drug Project.
