I am an accredited and experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor who has worked using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic theory and psychodynamic theory, including dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT) throughout my career.

Carrie-Anne Heath
Since 2007, Carrie-Anne Heath has worked in a variety of services including within the NHS and specialist charity organisations, and has also worked extensively in the community, setting up and working on projects and charities.
Carrie-Anne is experienced working within the crisis intervention sector, as well as working alongside specialist services including the Armed Forces, refugee services, ex-offender services and services working with serious mental health disorders including working with hearing voices.
Carrie-Anne started her career working with children and adolescents in school and charity settings. Carrie-Anne has extensive experiencing working with a large diversity of clients including children, adolescents and adults.
Carrie-Anne is trained in both long-term and short-term therapeutic settings, as well as using online therapies or resources, telephone counselling and using services such as Skype or Zoom.
In her career, Carrie-Anne has aimed to maintain her passion for the sector and for helping those affected by mental health; she has written articles for national and local press, worked within high profile research projects and has participated in multiple media events and news interviews.
