As people are all different and don’t all respond in the same way; I believe it is important to fit the way of working to the client. My ways of working include: Psychodynamic Therapy, Art Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and Trauma based treatments including CBT and CATT and Executive Coaching.

Whatever the client brings to therapy, I believe the most important thing is the ability to build up a therapeutic relationship where the client can feel safe, listened to and not judged. Helping the client to begin to build up trust and feel supported to engage in the therapeutic work needed as part of their journey of emotional healing.
