As an integrative therapist, my focus is to offer you a safe space to explore what you need at this time in your life. Integrative therapy considers you as an individual and your circumstances, tailoring the space and tools used to support you and help work towards your goals. Being a trauma-informed practitioner, I would consider any past events that may be influencing the way you are currently feeling. Working with the body, we may identify triggers, symptoms and explore ways of self-regulating. Collectively, these approaches bring together themes from your past and present to explore how you can live a more fulfilled life in the future.
I hold a Masters in counselling and psychotherapy with over 400 hours of counselling experience. I pride myself on being human, relatable and very passionate about this work. My clients have commented on my empathy and genuine care and I feel great privilege in being able to hold this space and to be a part of the difficult journey of growth and healing.
