I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, but since qualifying I have a diversified range of modalities and I utilise what approach best fits for her client. I also use a person-centred approach and I build the individual therapy around my client.
My therapy is relational and provides a friendly, warm, safe and collaborative space for my clients to work through their emotional difficulties. My therapy works based on examining how our mood and feelings are influenced, by our thoughts and behaviour. By doing this I can help you work towards a wanted measurable change in your life, enabling you to see things from a different perspective and to help you to move forward in your life in a better place.
