Dasa Hall

Integrative Psychotherapist

About

Dasa is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma (including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (CPTSD)) and low self-esteem. She draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs, integrating cognitive, psychodynamic and transpersonal modalities, alongside somatic approaches to therapy. Her non-prescriptive style allows her to meet clients where they are in their healing journey, fostering self-awareness, resilience and healing.

As a trauma-informed therapist, Dasa understands that trauma often goes unrecognised but can profoundly affect many areas of life, including mental health, relationships and self-perception. She works collaboratively with clients to identify and manage triggers, using somatic and body-oriented techniques to support nervous system regulation and healing. Central to her approach is creating a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and able to explore difficult experiences with compassion and curiosity.

Her clinical experience spans private practice and various mental health settings in London. She has supported clients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, addiction, relationship difficulties and life transitions, as well as more acute mental health presentations.

Position at Priory

Dasa works as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist at Priory, providing one-to-one therapy sessions for inpatients and outpatients, as well as facilitating therapeutic group sessions.

Dasa holds a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.

In addition to her core training, she has undertaken advanced professional development in working with trauma, including completing the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II: Complex Trauma (CCTP-II) training through PESI UK.
