Drawing on specialist postgraduate training in both low and high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for children and young people, Dawn offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach that aims to empower children, adolescents and families to understand difficulties and learn skills to promote lasting change. Dawn offers assessment, formulation and structured CBT interventions for a wide range of conditions such as anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety, social and separation anxiety, phobias and OCD), depression, trauma-related difficulties and behavioural and emotional regulation challenges. Dawn is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where children and young people, and their families, feel supported, involved, and equipped with practical strategies for recovery and resilience.
