I am a highly motivated psychotherapist working with an integrative therapeutic approach, which means that depending on your needs, your therapy could be more psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioural or even mindfulness based.

I believe in the uniqueness of each person’s individuality and that we can, through the therapeutic relationship, bring about insight, choice, empowerment and self-understanding.
