I am a chartered clinical psychologist and I believe in evidence-based psychological therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

My approach to treatment is holistic, integrating eastern and western approaches of mind. My sessions involve an in-depth assessment of the causative factors of the emotional/mental health problems to offer a solution-oriented approach to my clients. I believe in empowering my clients and will share several healing techniques to help them heal themselves.

I will discuss the line of treatment after an in-depth assessment of my clients.
