She obtained the fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 1997.

In 1999, Dr Feeney moved to the UK and became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 2000. She trained in cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E) under Professor Chris Fairburn in 2003.

Although having special interests in women’s mental health, eating disorders and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), I has extensive experience in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions. I treat all general psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, psychoses and addictions.

I have travelled to many parts of the world including Burma, China, Vietnam and Russia. I have lived in Australia, Ireland, Hong Kong, Bulgaria and the UK. I completed an Olympic distance triathlon in 1995 and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2011. I enjoy travelling and the outdoors. Many of my patients have found me to be understanding, kind and a very experienced psychiatrist.
