Dr Heshem El Nazer

Consultant neuropsychiatrist/Consultant psychiatrist

About

I am dedicated to delivering holistic psychiatric care, seamlessly integrating biological, psychological, social, and behavioural approaches to promote each individual’s journey toward recovery.

I bring over two decades of experience in both NHS and private practice. I specialise in neuropsychiatry and brain injury rehabilitation, conducting in depth assessments and crafting bespoke treatment plans that may incorporate EMDR, advanced psychopharmacology, and evidence based psychotherapy.

My expertise spans a broad spectrum of conditions including ADHD, OCD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, phobias, and trauma related disorders, while also focusing on adolescent and early adult mental health to address emerging challenges in mood, behaviour, and the transition to adulthood.

I pride myself on a compassionate, patient centred approach that empowers individuals and their families, fostering resilience and sustainable wellbeing.
