About

I am a BPS chartered and HCPC registered forensic psychologist with over 12 years of experience delivering psychological therapy and assessment within the community, the NHS and the criminal justice services.

As an experienced and compassionate psychological therapist, I am committed to helping individuals live happier and healthier lives through a variety of different targeted person-centred therapeutic approaches. Therapy for me is helping individuals to makes sense of what has or is happening, to create positive shifts in thinking and behaviour, to enable the right environment and mind-set for change, and to support the breaking of unhelpful life patterns. This can support healing within individuals, and in their connections to others and the world around them.
