I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds with a broad range of difficulties and I take a fluid and flexible approach, drawing upon theories and skills from several therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This enables me to tailor her work to meet the unique needs of each client and create a bespoke treatment plan. I help clients to achieve positive changes in emotions, thoughts and behaviours and towards self-empowerment which enables them to move forward with their lives.
