About

I have gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of cognitive disorders, including dementia, and the psychiatric and behavioural symptoms, which commonly accompany them.

I have had extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and management of functional mental illnesses such as depression, mania, anxiety, phobias, personality issues and psychosis.

I conduct formal mental health assessments and capacity assessments. I am a certificate provider for lasting power of attorney (both finances and health and welfare) or court of protection.

I am passionate about what I do and would like to help people to lead better and fulfilling lives.

Training

I completed my degree at Bharati Vidyapeeth University in India and then moved to Britain to pursue higher studies. I was fortunate enough to train in Oxford and Royal Free (Part of UCL) and become a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2011.
