As a married father of three, I hope I can bring a sense of humour and perspective to life’s problems as sometimes we all lose sight of this. Having begun my medical training in Southampton in 1989, I have lived and worked in the Hampshire and surrounding areas for a long time and have a good feel for the current issues and services in this area. I also continue to practice as a consultant in the NHS at Southampton General Hospital, which means I see a large number of patients and keep up-to-date with training, clinical guidelines and appraisal. I hope this means any treatment I recommend will be reasonable, sensible and based on decades of clinical experience treating people.
