About
Elizabeth uses her experience and expertise to support people in understanding the challenges they are facing and developing the skills and confidence to move forward.
Central to Elizabeth’s approach is the therapeutic relationship. She believes that effective therapy begins with feeling safe, heard and understood, and she places great importance on developing a collaborative and trusting relationship with each person she works with. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgemental and tailored to the individual, working alongside people rather than taking a ‘one-size fits all’ approach.
