I take an integrative approach to treatment, I aim to understand what my client's main concerns and issues are, and from this apply the most suitable therapy for each individual. I believe people are unique and therapy is not one size fits all. Once a bespoke therapy approach is determined, I then work collaboratively with my patients to help them to achieve their goals for therapy and apply the right approach to meet the invidual needs of each person.

The integrative approaches I am trained in have been very effective in treating a variety of different issues and with the flexibility of applying the right approach that suits the patient’s individual needs. This technique has proven to give a higher level of positive outcomes.
