About
I believe that meaningful therapeutic change comes from addressing not just the symptoms, but the underlying patterns and history that drive them. My goal is to provide a compassionate, evidence-based space where individuals feel empowered to resolve long-standing difficulties and move toward a more fulfilling life.
I am an integrative practitioner specialising in the treatment of complex anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and psychological trauma. I have a particular interest in helping individuals process and resolve the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) using schema therapy.
By integrating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), and schema therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person. This allows us to work effectively on both immediate symptom relief and deep-seated, long-term recovery.
I am a fully accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). My management responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to staff and trainees, fostering a culture of professional development and clinical excellence within the team.
