I have over 15 years’ experience working with complex emotions and addictions in a variety of ways, from talking therapies, to embodiment and exploring how our life experiences show up in the body. I bring a passion for exploration of how our past life experiences are connected to, and influence, each present moment (psychodynamic), weaving in mindfulness and behavioural changes to free us from old patterns.
I work relationally, with empathy, curiosity and gentle challenge, in order to move towards greater self-understanding, which can help unravel some of the unhelpful behaviours and life situations we may find ourselves in, and begin to truly ‘self-care’.
I am diversity-inclusive, and I recognise the impact of discrimination on our lives; I enjoy working with equality and empowerment.
