Helen Hollingdale

Helen Hollingdale joined the Priory Group in 2021 as a sessional Family Therapist.  As well as her work at Priory, since the beginning of 2020, Helen Hollingdale has her own private practice in Bromley, offering Family and Systemic Psychotherapy to couples, families and individuals, adults and young people.


Helen Hollingdale graduated from Kings College London in 2018 with a Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Family Therapy.  Helen also has a Masters of Science degree (MSc) in Social Work from South Bank University and a Counselling Diploma from the Central School of Counselling Therapy.

Prior to working in private practice, Helen was employed as a CAMHS practitioner in an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for 16 years.

Helen Hollingdale is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and is also a member of the Association for Family Therapy (AFT).
