I am passionate about my work as a therapist. As an integrative practitioner, I am able to work differently with every patient and practise a combined approach of counselling and other therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I pay particular attention to evidence-based practice and value feedback from my patients. I have worked with mental health for over eight years in various roles. I believe this experience has helped to shape my therapeutic practice and given me a wide range of experience and knowledge to draw from. I take pride in my work and the fact that I am always looking to develop and learn as a practitioner.
