I aim to create a safe space, using the healing aspects of drama and theatre as the therapeutic process to facilitate creativity, imagination, learning, insight and growth. Drama therapy can help, build confidence and self-esteem, promote a sense of self-worth and encourage involvement, expression and connection with others.
