Jade is an integrative therapist, providing a safe, secure and welcoming space where you can explore and work through the challenges that may be impacting your daily life. By drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques, Jade tailors the process to your individual needs, helping you make sense of your present experiences, gain deeper self-awareness and develop strategies to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Jade is an accredited member of the BACP and is qualified in integrative counselling and therapy, dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP) Level 1, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). She has experience supporting young people within child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), as well as working with the Children Looked After team. This includes supporting families, adoptive parents and foster carers through PACE parenting skills, helping them to effectively communicate and connect with children and young people who may have experienced trauma.

Jade has experience working with young people with autism diagnosis and ADHD. She has supported young people in residential units, helping them transition back into the community and family home environments.
