Jas has extensive experience in mental health as well as gastroenterology and I am able to provide dietary advice for IBD, Coeliac disease and IBS. I have received extra training to provide dietary advice for the low FODMAP diet.
Jas's aims are to make a real and meaningful contribution to people's lives and to help them to build a more positive relationship with food and their body. Jas provides personalised solutions backed by scientific evidence to improve people's overall health and help them reach their individual goals. Jas uses behaviour change strategies such as motivational interviewing, and listens to past experiences and key motivators to help create a lifestyle plan with strategies that work.
Jas is registered with the health and care professions council (HCPC) and holds membership with the British Dietetic Association (BDA), as well as the BDA Mental Health Group which enables Jas to keep up to date with evidence-based practice.
