Jayne is an Integrative Therapist. When working with a client, she integrates concepts from the different approaches and tailors her treatment according to each client’s needs so they can work together effectively.
The main models used are psychodynamic, cognitive analytical therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, relationship therapy, solution focused brief therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, human givens and trauma specialist.
Jayne is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work to their ethical guidelines.

Jayne started training as a Counsellor with Relate in 1989 before considering she was experienced enough to work as a therapeutic counsellor. Jayne has always had a strong interest in workplace counselling and frequently work with organisations. She has also trained in several distinct models of counselling and psychotherapy.
