I work in an integrated way and specialise in transpersonal relationship work, particularly with couples and individuals.

I am also a trauma eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) consultant and specialise in treating all types of trauma.

Changes in our society, including a migrating population and the break up of the traditional family support mechanism, such as extended family, mean that there is an ever-increasing need for a substitute mechanism. I believe in the work I am doing and how it plays a part in this role.

I also consider that we all experience some types of traumas in our life time and, dependent on our resources, how we manage these times of crisis can often impact on our recovery. My job is to enable clients to address such traumas and enable them to find ways to process these events, and allow them to gain insight into a better future.

As an attachment focused therapist, I also believe that early attachment can also impact on future relationships and therefore want to help clients to rebuild their wounded inner child.
