About
I work as a therapist at Priory, providing integrative, one-to-one therapeutic support to both inpatient and outpatient clients. My approach draws on a range of therapeutic models, which I adapt in response to each person’s unique needs. I see this flexibility as central to creating a therapeutic space that feels both meaningful and attuned to the individual.
I offer both face-to-face and remote sessions, and have developed an appreciation of how different settings can shape engagement and the therapeutic process. I work with a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges, supporting clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours within a safe, containing and non-judgemental environment.
Alongside individual work, I facilitate group sessions for inpatients, where I recognise the value of shared experience and the potential for group processes to support reflection and change. I also work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to weekly MDT meetings and supporting a more holistic and integrated approach to care planning.
I am a registered and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and uphold their ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
I have training, knowledge and experience of working with drug and alcohol misuse, and am also trained in working with creative resources.
