Jodie is an Integrative Therapist at The Priory, and works on a 121 basis with our In-patients and Out Patients. She provides face to face therapy, as well as working with people online. Jodie runs group sessions for our In-Patients, and is primarily responsible for the Processing groups and Solution Focused groups, she also supports the Psychiatrist team on their Ward rounds.


Jodie has a Post Graduate Diploma (level 6) in Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma (level 7) in Psychotherapy. She also has training in Interpersonal Neurobiology and has a special interest in Polyvagal Theory. Jodie has training in CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma and Personality Disorders.

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Jodie is able to work with individuals and groups to offer an all-encompassing method of therapy tailored to their unique needs and experiences.

Research Interests

Jodie in interested in the field of menopause (including peri, post, early onset and medically induced) and the impact that hormone imbalance and fluctuation can have on mental health, for women, Trans  and those in a relationship with these people, for example, husband, wives and children. She is putting together a research proposal to take her ideas further.

I have a wide range of experience and use this to offer a fully supportive and transformational approach to therapy with the clients that I see both at The Priory and in my own Private Practice.

I am passionate about empowering others to improve their quality of life, through personal insight, awareness and understanding, through knowledge and supportive techniques and through building a relationship of honesty, transparency and trust.
