Kate is an experienced cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults in a variety of mental health settings. Kate works with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression and sleep problems. Kate strives to promote a genuine, warm and respectful relationship between client and therapist. She likes to work collaboratively, tailoring her approach to the needs and objectives of each client. Kate is here to accompany clients through challenging periods in their lives, offering them appropriate support, and seeing them build strength and confidence in their ability to access and make use of their own resourcefulness.
