About
“I believe therapy should be a space where people feel truly seen, heard and supported – a collaborative journey shaped by each person’s unique experience.”
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including transactional analysis, gestalt, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, to provide flexible and compassionate support tailored to individual needs.
I work with a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges, helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to support people in developing greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence in navigating life’s difficulties.
I am a registered and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA), reflecting my commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
