As a highly motivated individual, I am passionate about making changes to the perceptions and stigmas associated with mental health. Having worked in mental health for the past 10 years, I understand the immense challenges that people regularly face and am I determined to make a real difference.

Having accumulated experience of working as a qualified cognitive behavioural psychotherapist for many well-known organisations, ranging from different NHS services, charities and private organisations such as the Priory Group, I like to fully consider and collaboratively understand the factors influencing an individual’s distress and facilitate room for change, whilst promoting mental wellbeing and self-development within the stipulated NICE guidelines for treatment.
