“I am a psychodynamic counsellor with over 10 years of working in mental health. The goal of psychodynamic counselling is to help free people from the bonds of past experience in order to live more fully in the present. We do this through talking, noticing patterns and identifying their root cause. Becoming more aware of the ‘whys’ of what we do allows us to make better choices, regain control, and live healthier and happier lives. My work with you is to provide you a safe space to do this.”
