I have worked as a therapist for over 12 years and, whilst specialising in addiction and co-dependency, I work as an integrative therapist which means I am trained in a number of different therapeutic models that are proven to be effective. I provide flexible, evidence-based care, which is personalised to meet individual needs.

I am empathic, respectful, and compassionate and bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience to my work. My experience includes setting up and developing family programmes and support and delivering a wide range of psycho-educational workshops.

I believe a key strength of mine is communicating in understandable every-day language demystifying complex theory to aid the person I am working with to gain self-awareness and insight.
