About
Louise works primarily with substance misuse and behavioural addictions using a collaborative and integrative approach. She draws on transactional analysis alongside elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), adapting her approach depending on what feels most helpful for each individual.
Her work focuses on helping people understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop practical ways to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and create meaningful and lasting change. Louise also has experience working with neurodivergent clients.
