I aim to provide a professional and quality service to each individual that I have the pleasure of working with. I have a vast range of experience of working with people that struggle with their mental wellbeing. I ensure that my quality of work is always maintained through regular training, supervision and most importantly through the use of a collaborative approach that puts the individual at the heart of their therapy experience.
My approach to therapy is professional, sincere and hard-working. Through the use of guided discussions, coping strategies and tools I strive to help every individual make change no matter how big or small. I believe that cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT( is helpful for everyone and that mental health is not a separate entity but something that we all experience – just for some, the degree of severity is a little higher. CBT is about learning to cope and I try to ensure that I also practice what I preach.
