I draw from various other approaches such as the humanistic model, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) interventions to tailor treatment to the individual’s presentation and issues. I also use eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), which is a very helpful intervention for problems related to trauma.
