Maria is an accredited psychotherapist (MBACP) with over 10 years’ experience of working within mental health services. Maria works with adults from the age of 18 years old.
Maria’s years of training and experience in becoming a counsellor have taught her that each client is unique with their own perspective and understanding of the problem and so the recovery and support given.
Maria offers therapy in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, diversity difficulties, identity and workplace difficulties.
Maria knows that seeking counselling can be a daunting process, however, she offer a warm and supportive space where you both can explore any issues that could be preventing you from living a more fulfilling life.
