About
I am an integrative psychotherapist specialising in addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and relationships.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals experiencing a range of complex mental health difficulties, including complex and relational trauma, addiction, eating disorders, neurodiversity, interpersonal and behavioural difficulties, mood disorders and other clinical issues.
As an integrative psychotherapist, my therapeutic approach is grounded mainly in psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioural and existential modalities. I also incorporate inner child work and shadow work where appropriate, using interventions informed by my training and experience.
My priority is ensuring that you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and feelings. I am committed to working collaboratively with you in a way that keeps you in control of the therapeutic process, at a pace that feels manageable.
My aim is to support you in reaching your potential and goals, while helping you to explore and better understand yourself, your choices and your relationships, in order to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I understand that every individual has unique experiences, beliefs, needs and aspirations, all of which deserve to be seen, understood and supported. Therapy provides a confidential and safe space, free from judgement or prejudice, where adults from all cultures, religious backgrounds, sexual orientations and individuals who are on the autism spectrum are welcome.
Position at Priory
I work as an integrative psychotherapist, addiction therapist and relationships/couples therapist, supporting both inpatient and outpatient clients.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and a member of the Addiction Professionals Registration Body and Network.
As part of my ongoing professional development, I am also a student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
