About
I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)-registered clinical psychologist. I support adults with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, psychosis, trauma and relationship challenges.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck or impacted by long-standing patterns rooted in past experiences. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy, to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
I have an extensive experience in NHS crisis and complex mental health services. I support clients through periods of high emotional distress and work with them towards longer-term personal development and recovery. I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where we can build insight, emotional resilience and meaningful change together.
I am committed to ongoing supervision, professional development and reflective practice to ensure safe, ethical and effective therapy.
