About
I am a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) psychotherapist, and a trained eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) clinician, with experience in both the private sector and the NHS over the past 8 years. I am also qualified as a clinical supervisor. In my time as a clinician, I have gained extensive experience working with complex mental health presentations. I am also a qualified lecturer, specialising in working with special educational needs and disability (SEND) students.
Position at Priory
I am the obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) therapy lead based at Priory Hospital North London. This role requires the day-to-day co-ordination of the therapy programme, in collaboration with the clinical service lead, and in managing a team of therapists and support staff.

Research interests
My PhD research is a qualitative study utilising interpretative phenomenological analysis exploring the lived experiences of mature working class learner men at university in the UK. I have a keen interest in class identity and exploring and reducing issues of social and health inequality.
