Michael Obidoa

Dr Michael Obidoa is a UK- trained consultant psychiatrist with specialist expertise in general adult psychiatry, liaison psychiatry, neurodiversity, and workplace wellbeing. 

A member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, he combines clinical precision with compassionate care supporting individuals and organisations through complex mental health challenges.

His academic foundation in pharmacology and medical education informs a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment and collaboration.

With over 30 years of clinical experience including two plus decades within NHS psychiatry, Dr Michael Obidoa is a seasoned leader, mentor, trainer and advocate for proactive mental health care. 

He believes more can and must be done to identify and treat mental ill health early, improving outcomes not just for individuals, but for organisations and society at large.
