As an addictions therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and behaviours. Many people struggling with addiction often feel misunderstood and isolated. My goal is to offer an empathetic environment, where you can make sense of your experiences and develop strategies to break free from the habits that hold you back. Remember, you’re not alone on this journey; together, we can navigate the complexities of addiction and work towards healing.
Position at Priory
I am an integrative therapist with experience at Priory since 2025. Before this, I worked in various inpatient settings, including a specialised detox ward.

Research interests
I am passionate about exploring the connections between addictions and attachment. I am particularly interested in how attachment styles influence addictive behaviours and recovery. By examining these links, I hope to contribute to a better understanding of emotional wellbeing and support for those affected.
